Could you go 24 hours without food?

From the minute I wake up in the morning, to the minute I go to sleep at night...
I have food on the brain. I am constantly thinking of what I will whisk up for my next meal or what clean creation I can come up with to share on my website.
Simply put... I love to eat and I love food!!

However there are so many people in this world who are not as lucky as we are here in Ireland to be surrounded by such an abundance of food. In some of the world's poorest countries people are starving, not knowing when or even if they will eat again!!

That is why I have decided to take part in the Concern Fast on November 24th :)

I struggle to go three hours between meal times, so giving up food for a full 24 hours will be a challenge but one I am really excited to take part in.

I would love as many of you as possible to join me in the Fast to raise funds for a very worthy cause!!

To encourage you to take part in the fast, I have some rewards for you...

⭐️ If you raise over €30 you will get one of my recipe books filled with yummy eats and treats

⭐️If you raise over €50 you will get this recipe book AND a special 7 Day work out plan

In life food is need for live and but we chose the menu for keep the maintain our health. Some food are not good and it make us fatty. So we can apply some tough rules and if we chose home made food then ten we can't need of this tips.
