Hi everyone and welcome to my first blog post.
I'm Jen - the face behind Nutty Nutrition.

Let me give you a little insight in to my life.

Growing up all I ever wanted to do was teach and in 2010 I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education. Since then, I have been working as a primary school teacher in Dublin. Health and Fitness always had a big part to play in my life and after securing a permanent teaching job in 2013, I decided it was the right time to take this interest to the next level. I decided to study Nutrition, with the goal of expanding my own knowledge to further my personal fitness goals - little did I know back then where it would take me.

After graduating, I had no idea what to do with all of this new knowledge. A friend of mine contacted me and asked if I would give a nutrition talk to his bootcamp clients. Never one to shy away from being the center of attention, I jumped at the opportunity. 

My passion always has and always will be education. However, instead of teaching children how to read and write, I was now educating adults on how to correctly nourish and fuel their bodies - how exciting!

Nutty Nutrition was established and since then I have worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them to achieve their goals. Whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or simply general health and well being - it is my mission to ensure my clients not only achieve their goals but surpass them.

As a self-confessed foodie my social media accounts are full of drool worthy pictures of clean eats and healthy treats. I love good food and am on a quest to prove that healthy eating is not boring. Check out my recipe section of this website to see for yourself.

Always looking to go that extra mile and searching

I decided to start up this blog.

Hi Jen,

A post on low carb meals would be great and maybe on some products like protien or vitiams that you or would suggest x
