Apple & Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 30g whole chia seeds
  • 1 red apple chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Handful mixed seeds

Method:
  1. In an air tight container, add chia seeds and milk. Stir and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, add chopped apple and mix.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and mixed seeds before serving.

This is a food recipe that we all can enjoy. A food for all of us and I will try this at home and will ask the assistance from my parents for me to be guided at home. A reading for all of us tor read and try at home as well. Thank you for this.
