- 1 cup coconut milk
- 30g whole chia seeds
- 1 red apple chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Handful mixed seeds
- In an air tight container, add chia seeds and milk. Stir and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add chopped apple and mix.
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and mixed seeds before serving.
