Apple & Cinnamon Pancake Stack

Ingredients: serves one
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 100g banana
  • 100g Greek Style yogurt
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
  1. In a blender, mix together oats, milk and banana.
  2. Melt some coconut oil in a pancake pan.
  3. Cover the base of the pan with pancake batter and allow to cook on one side, before flipping to cook the other. 
  4. Repeat this process till all of the batter is used up.
  5. Stack the pancakes in a tall pile.
  6. Chop the apple into small pieces and place on top of the pancake stack.
  7. Pour the Greek yogurt on top and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

A perfect food for the children. This is a great treat for children and it can be used as a reward that will motivate them more and it can bring big smiles that will brighten somebody. A true joy from the heart is priceless and this food can be the reason and the root for that smile. I will eat it first, then they will now taste it and the pancakes will make it a true desert.
