- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 100g banana
- 100g Greek Style yogurt
- 1 red apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- In a blender, mix together oats, milk and banana.
- Melt some coconut oil in a pancake pan.
- Cover the base of the pan with pancake batter and allow to cook on one side, before flipping to cook the other.
- Repeat this process till all of the batter is used up.
- Stack the pancakes in a tall pile.
- Chop the apple into small pieces and place on top of the pancake stack.
- Pour the Greek yogurt on top and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
