Chocolate Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 60g buckwheat flour
  • 20g pea protein
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 250ml coconut milk

Toppings:
  • cacao crunch gluten free granola
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • drizzle of sweet freedom choc shot 

Method:
  1. Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter. 
  2. Melt a little oil in a pan and make enough mini pancakes till all the batter is used up. 
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and serve.

Winter berry bowl

Ingredients:
  • 300ml water
  • 100g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • (unflavoured or vanilla works best here?
  • 50g frozen blueberries

Method:
  1. Simply blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add more liquid if needed till desired consistency is achieved. 
  3. Top with sliced fresh fig, buckwheat granola and linseed.
