- 60g buckwheat flour
- 20g pea protein
- 10g cacao powder
- 250ml coconut milk
Toppings:
- cacao crunch gluten free granola
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- drizzle of sweet freedom choc shot
Method:
- Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Melt a little oil in a pan and make enough mini pancakes till all the batter is used up.
- Top with your favourite toppings and serve.
