Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 200ml of natural Greek yogurt
  • Handful of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • Fresh berries for toppings

Method:
  1. Place yogurt, frozen berries and protein powder in to a blender and mix till smooth and thick. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl and decorate with toppings of choice. In my berry blast bowl, I chose to top with desiccated coconut and some fresh berries.

We all know that fruits are healthy for our bodies and they will give us that nutritious content that our body needs. We should invest to the foods that we eat because this is essential and there will be more to celebrate if our bodies are healthy. The diseases that we might get will be avoided and we all know that to prevent is better that to cure the current sickness that we have.
