- 200ml of natural Greek yogurt
- Handful of mixed frozen berries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- Fresh berries for toppings
- Place yogurt, frozen berries and protein powder in to a blender and mix till smooth and thick.
- Transfer to a bowl and decorate with toppings of choice. In my berry blast bowl, I chose to top with desiccated coconut and some fresh berries.
