- 100g popped quinoa
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey or agave
Method:
- Melt coconut oil and honey over a low heat in a large pan.
- Add the popped quinoa and cacao powder.
- Stir constantly to prevent sticking.
- Add desiccated coconut and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Store in an ai tight container for up to 1 week.
