- 200 ml of natural Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop casein protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
- 30g pumpkin seeds
Method:
- Add yogurt, banana, protein, spinach and matcha to a blender and mix to combine.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with ingredients of choice.
- I went for some desiccated coconut and pumpkin seeds to add extra healthy fats to this meal.
