- Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Melt a little oil in a pan and use about 2tbsp of the batter per pancake.
- When little bubbles start to appear, flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- Continue till all the batter is used up.
- Top with your favourite toppings and serve.
