Chocolate Blueberry Plantcakes ;)

​Ingredients:
  • 60g buckwheat flour
  • 20g plant protein
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 250ml coconut milk
Toppings:
  • Alpro Go on Dairy free yogurt
  • handful blueberries
  • drizzle of sweet freedom choc shot ​
Method:
  1. Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter. 
  2. Melt a little oil in a pan and use about 2tbsp of the batter per pancake.
  3. When little bubbles start to appear, flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Continue till all the batter is used up.
  5. Top with your favourite toppings and serve.

Everyone loves pancake and I have a friend who always eats pancakes and she loves to put some fruits on top of it. It was unusual for me, but after some time I find it normal and I slowly accept the weirdness of it. I want to try this recipe since there are blueberries in it and it looks delicious to my eyes. I know that a lot of people will enjoy the food that is posted here and it will make their day wonderful. I will share the great idea that I have in my head and that is to create a twist in every dish that I will prepare.
