Chocolate Protein Pancakes:                                 Free from Gluten, wheat, dairy & egg

Ingredients:
  • 60g buckwheat flour
  • 20g @myproteinuk pea protein
  • 10g @nuanaturals cacao powder
  • 250ml coconut milk

Toppings:
  • @homespun_foods quinoa crunch
  • @nushfoods caramel & hibiscus yogurt

Method:
  1. Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter.
  2. Melt a little oil in a pan and make enough mini pancakes till all the batter is used up. 
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and serve.
