Method:
- 60g buckwheat flour
- 20g @myproteinuk pea protein
- 10g @nuanaturals cacao powder
- 250ml coconut milk
Toppings:
- @homespun_foods quinoa crunch
- @nushfoods caramel & hibiscus yogurt
Method:
- Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Melt a little oil in a pan and make enough mini pancakes till all the batter is used up.
- Top with your favourite toppings and serve.
