Chocolate Protein Porridge

Ingredients:
  • 40g millet flakes
  • ​1 scoop Plant Warrior protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 large strawberries
  • boiling water
  • 1 tbsp homemade granola (recipe coming tomorrow)

Method:
  1. Add millet flakes to a small pot.
  2. Pour boiling water on top, leaving 1 cm of water on top of the flakes.
  3. Cover and allow to the millet to absorb the liquid for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add the cacao and cinnamon and begin to cook on a low heat over the hob, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove from the heat, add the protein powder and stir till smooth.
  6. Chop strawberries in half and arrange on top with a sprinkle of cacao granola.

This for the people who are not that fat and need some fats in their body. People will be so happy by these changes and they will not regret the different changes that will happen in their body. The progress will be fast they are determined enough to achieve that goal that they are working on. Soon there will be a change in the meal because the goal has been achieved. People will be celebrating their victory and that is the sweetest gift we can give to ourselves.
