- 40g millet flakes
- 1 scoop Plant Warrior protein powder
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 large strawberries
- boiling water
- 1 tbsp homemade granola (recipe coming tomorrow)
Method:
- Add millet flakes to a small pot.
- Pour boiling water on top, leaving 1 cm of water on top of the flakes.
- Cover and allow to the millet to absorb the liquid for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the cacao and cinnamon and begin to cook on a low heat over the hob, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Remove from the heat, add the protein powder and stir till smooth.
- Chop strawberries in half and arrange on top with a sprinkle of cacao granola.
