Dippy Egg & Soldiers

Ingredients: serves one
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 100g chopped courgette

Method:
  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook eggs.
  2. Chop courgette in to chip shapes. Cook under the grill or using a George Foreman.
  3. When eggs are fully cooked, place in a bowl of cold water for 1-2 minutes to prevent the shell sticking. Remove and peel off the shell.
  4. Seve and enjoy :)

We all know that the egg is known for their protein content and our body needs that. Life is always challenging, but let us ensure that we also eat other kinds of food. The foods that we eat should be nutritious because our body will absorb the nutrients of it and if we are always eating junk foods, then let us expect the negative effects that it will cause to our body. Let us choose the right path and always follow what is right and true.
