Pancakes: serves two
- Begin by making the gingerbread spice. Simply place all spice ingredients in to a small continer and mix to combine.
- Using a blender or food processor, add milk, banana, oats, spice and combine.
- Melt a little oil in a pancaake pan and pour enough batter to cover the base. Cook fully before flipping over to cook the other side. Repeat this process till all the batter is used up.
- Stack the pancakes in a pile and top with cinnamon and a dash of honey.
