Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 200 ml of natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop casein protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 30g pumpkin seeds

Method:
  1. Add yogurt, banana, protein, spinach and matcha to a blender and mix to combine.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with ingredients of choice.
  3. I went for some desiccated coconut and pumpkin seeds to add extra healthy fats to this meal.

I am not aware that this is even possible and I think that it is time to try this recipe that will give me that twist and it will be a major surprise for me. I am excited to make this Matcha Smoothie and I will always read this for reference and help purposes. I am a fan of this food.
