- 30g oats or gluten free version if necessary
- 100g Alpro plain yogurt with coconut
- Place oats at the bottom of an air tight container.
- Add dairy free yogurt and your favourite toppings.
- Seal and store in the fridge overnight.
Beetroot and berry variation:
- Add 1 tsp of beetroot powder to the dairy free yogurt and mix till smooth.
- Top with fresh strawberries and coconut flakes.

- Banana and peanut butter
