- 65g buckwheat flour
- 25g pea protein
- 10g arrowroot starch
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 180ml water
Method:
- Blend all above ingredients to form a thick batter.
- Melt a little oil in a pan and make enough mini pancakes till all the batter is used up.
Toppings:
