
Ingredients:
- 400g turkey mince
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 50 g chopped tomatoes
- Mixed peppers
- Red Onion
- Feta or Mozzarella Cheese
Method:
- For this recipe I like to use a silicone cake dish, greased with coconut oil to prevent sticking.
- Crack and whisk the gg in to a bowl and mix with paprika, chili and oregano.
- Coat the turkey mince in this egg mixture and then transfer to the baking dish, pushing down to make compact. Bake this in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or till fully cooked.
- Using a blender, add the chopped tomatoes and blend to create a sauce to spread on top of the turkey base.
- Now time to layer on your toppings of choice and cook in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
