For those of you that know me, you will know I am a little bit of a perfectionist.
This brownie may not be up to my normal presentation standards but the taste certainly makes up for that.
You really just HAVE to try this to see how amazing it really is!
Macros are insane!! Including the Greek yogurt and PB2, this dish has 315 cal, 45g protein, 14g carbs and 9g of fat

Macros are insane!! Including the Greek yogurt and PB2, this dish has 315 cal, 45g protein, 14g carbs and 9g of fat
So here we go...
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients till it turns thick;
✅1 scoop chocolate casein protein (won't give the same consistency if using whey)
✅1 full egg
✅1 tbsp cacao powder
✅1 tbsp coconut flour
✅1/2 tsp baking soda
✅1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
(add a little more milk if the mixture is a little too thick)
Place in the microwave for between 45-60 seconds.
I topped mine with some Greek Yogurt and powdered peanut butter 😋
