- 1 Boutique Bake Cacao Protein Bites Mix
- 15 pitted dates
- 1 orange squeezed
- 50g 85% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Add cacao mix, pitted dates and the juice of 1 orange to a blender and mix till smooth.
- Transfer the blended mix to christmas moulds, pressing down firmly.
- Leave to set in the fridge.
- Melt chocolate over a pot of boiling water. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and stir.
- Pour melted mix on top of the moulds and return to the fridge for a further 15 minutes to set before serving.
