Coconut Cranberry Pistachio Bark

Ingredients:
250g dark chocolate
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pistachios
2 tsp desiccated coconut

Method:
  1. Line a square baking dish or lunch box with grease proof paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water before transferring in to the baking dish.
  3. Top with cranberries, pistachios and coconut.
  4. Leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once set, break in to rough shapes.
