250g dark chocolate
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pistachios
2 tsp desiccated coconut
- Line a square baking dish or lunch box with grease proof paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water before transferring in to the baking dish.
- Top with cranberries, pistachios and coconut.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once set, break in to rough shapes.
