My take on Ferrero Rocher

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
  • 6 tbsp almond milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Method:
  1. Combine protein powder, dates, almond milk and oil using a food processor.
  2. Split in to bite sized portions and roll in to balls.
  3. Spread the chopped nuts on a plate and roll each ball till fully coated.
  4. Leave to set in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
