Method:
- 1 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
- 6 tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Combine protein powder, dates, almond milk and oil using a food processor.
- Split in to bite sized portions and roll in to balls.
- Spread the chopped nuts on a plate and roll each ball till fully coated.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
