- 330ml carton of coconut water
- 100g pineapple

- I picked these ice-pop moulds in Tiger the other day and they are perfect for making guilt-free treats this summer.
- Simply add coconut water and pineapple to a blender and mix.
- Transfer to the moulds and leave to set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
