Pina Colada Pops

Ingredients:
  1. 330ml carton of coconut water
  2. 100g pineapple

Method:
  1. I picked these ice-pop moulds in Tiger the other day and they are perfect for making guilt-free treats this summer.
  2. Simply add coconut water and pineapple to a blender and mix.
  3. Transfer to the moulds and leave to set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
