- 1 medium sized sweet potato
- 1 tbsp paprika
- sharp knife
- Preheat the grill to 150 degrees and line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
- Slice the sweet potato in to thin, round shapes to form the pumpkins. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the eyes, nose and mouth as shown above.
- Sprinkle the paprika on top.
- Cook under the grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
