Ingredients:

Much of this will depend on taste...I like spice so I lash on the chilli 🙊:)
If you would prefer a milder taste, simply cut back!!

1 oven bag
6 chicken fillets
1 carton chopped tomatoes
2 bird's eye chillies
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp BBQ spice
1 tbsp chopped chilli
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp oregano

Simply place all ingredients in to the oven bag and secure.

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 50minutes to an hour.

Remove from the oven and place contents in a dish. Hold the chicken breast with a fork and with another fork, pull the meat apart from the breast.

Leave the pulled meat to soak in the sauce to fully absorb the sauce.

As you can see from the picture, I served mine with a mix of green vegetables.

This would also work great as a filling for a Mexican wrap or burrito.
