- Quickly fry the beef strips to your liking and leave to one side.
- Chop the mangetout, corn and peppers and throw in to a hot wok or large pan.
- Use a spiralizer or a grater to form noodles from the courgette.
- When the other vegetables are nearly cooked, add the courgette noodles and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- For the tahini dressing, add the tahini to a bowl with the lemon juice and maple syrup and mix. Add salt to taste.
