Lime chilli chicken and avocado bowl

Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lime
  • Mixed leaves
  • Courgette
  • Red pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Avocado
  • Nutritional yeast

Method: 
Squeeze half of a fresh lime in to a jar. Add chilli powder and paprika and mix. Use this mixture to coat the chicken and cook on the grill.
Slice courgette and red pepper in to thin slices and add to the grill.
Build your bowl using the ingredients listed above.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and drizzle lime juice on top.
