- Roughly chop the raw salmon fillet and add to the food processor and blend.
- Add the hot sauce, turmeric and cumin and blend again.
- Use a tablespoon to take portions of the mixture and form in to small patties.
- Cook on a hot pan till crispy.
- For the guacamole, slice the avocado and scoop the contents in to a bowl.
- Mash with a fork before adding the juice of the lemon along with some chilli flakes and black pepper. Mix till smooth.
