Ingredients: Serves two
Method:
- 1 packet of Greene Farm Torn Chicken Breast
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 50g jalapenos
- 50g red pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Method:
- Bring a pot of water to boil on the hob and par boil the sweet potato.
- Strain the potatoes and slice each potato down the center, ensuring both halves are still attached.
- Coat the potatoes in olive oil and leave to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the jalapenos, red pepper and spring onion.
- Place in a bowl along with Greene Farm Torn Chicken Breast and mix to combine.
- When the potatoes are fully cooked, remove from the oven.
- Simply stuff the potatoes with Greene Farm Chicken mix and your dish is ready to serve and enjoy.
