Ingredients: serves 3-4
- 300g green beans
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp braggs amino acids
- 2 tbsp pumpkin & sunflower seed mix
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Steam the green beans over a pot of boiling water.
- Thinly chop the red onion and fry in the coconut oil over a medium heat.
- When they begin to carmelise, add the green beans and braggs and toss in the pan.
- After 2-3 minutes add the seeds and fry for a further minute before serving.
