Iced Protein Frappé

ingredients:
200 ml of almond milk
1 scoop of whey protein 
(I used Scitec Cappuccino flavoured whey but vanilla or chocolate would work great too)
1 tbsp instant coffee

Method:
Prepare your coffee ice cubes in advance. Simply make a cup of black coffee, I used a tbsp to make it extra strong, and pour in to an ice cube tray before leaving to set in the freezer.

When frozen, remove and add 5-6 cubes to a glass.


In a shaker, pour in 200ml of milk and mix with 1 scoop of protein powder.


Pour in on top of your coffee ice cubes and enjoy :)
