Pumpkin Spiced Latte

I adore pumpkin and my face lights up once I see it on a menu.
While a pumpkin spiced latte sounds amazing and probably tastes it too, it is loaded with sugar, fat and additives that we do no want to be putting inside our bodies!!

So why not try my homemade version instead :)

Ingredients:
1 tsp of coffee or coffee alternative - I used whole earth wake up
1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon (see dessert section for my homemade version)
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
I used boiling water but you could also heat up some milk

Method:
Add all ingredients in to a mixer and blend to give that frothy texture.
Alternatively, if you have no mixer, simply use a whisk to ensure all the spice is fully dissolved in the liquid.

Sit back, put the feet up and enjoy 😋☕
