I tin of artichoke hearts (I bought mine in Lidl)
1 large white onion
1 cup of Greek Yogurt
4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast or parmesan cheese if you prefer
2 tbsp of spice of choice - I used chimichurri but chilli or paprika will work
2 cloves of fresh garlic
As much spinach as will fit in your blender :)
2 whole wheat wraps
Spice of choice - I used paprika and cayenne pepper
Place all ingredients for your dip in to a blender.
Blend on high speed until you reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the dip in to an oven proof dish and place in the oven at 180 degrees
for roughly 25minutes.
Take 2 whole wheat wraps and cut in to triangles to create your chips.
Line a tray with grease proof paper and coat with some oil.
Place your tortillas on the tray and coat with your spice.
Leave to cook in the oven for 5 minutes each side or till the crisp up.
