Dairy Free 'Fro-Co-Yo'

Ingredients: Serves one
  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Method:
  1. Add frozen berries and coconut milk to a blender of food processor and mix to combine. If the mixture appears too thick, add more coconut milk or water till you achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Pour in to a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Here I used some cacao nibs and more coconut to add a bitter crunch.
