Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Using a blender, grind your oats till they form a flour like consistency.
To this, add a scoop of protein powder. You can use any flavour you like or if you have no protein powder, simply leave this step out.
In a separate bowl, mash the banana and whisk together with the peanut butter.
Combine these two mixture together, then add in the hazelnuts.
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and use some coconut oil to prevent sticking.
Separate the mixture in to 6-8 cookie sized portions and place on the baking tray.
Leave to bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
