Cinnamon Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:
  • 200g Pecans
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
  2. Melt maple syrup and coconut oil together before drizzling over the pecans.
  3. Toast in the oven on greaseproof paper for 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and toast for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or store in an air tight container.
