- 200g Pecans
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
- Melt maple syrup and coconut oil together before drizzling over the pecans.
- Toast in the oven on greaseproof paper for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and toast for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve warm or store in an air tight container.
