Coconut Cashew Energy Balls

Ingredients:
  • 100g cashew
  • 100g chopped dates
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
Method:
  1. Place cashews and dates into blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Melt coconut oil and water, add to the blender and blend again.
  3. Use a tbsp to measure out 12 balls and coat in dessicated coconut.
