Ingredients: Serves one
Method:
- 150g frozen mixed berries
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Method:
- Add frozen berries and coconut milk to a blender of food processor and mix to combine. If the mixture appears too thick, add more coconut milk or water till you achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour in to a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Here I used some cacao nibs and more coconut to add a bitter crunch.
