- 1 bar of 85% dark chocolate
- 1/2 tube Wyldsson Promix Strawberry & Raspberry
- Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil.
- Place a bowl on top and crack dark chocolate in to small pieces. Stit constantly till melted.
- Line a baking dish or lunchbox with greaseproof paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate and spread evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle the Promix on top and leave to set for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Once set, crack in to small pieces and enjoy :)
