- 400ml can of coconut milk
- 100ml tahini
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Aldi Ireland gluten free ginger nut biscuit
- 6 Foods of Athenry chocolate cookie shots
Method:
- Using a blender, mix coconut milk, tahini, honey and cinnamon till smooth.
- Smash biscuits using a rolling pin and stir in by hand.
- Pour the mixture in to a large container.
- Set in the freezer for 2-3hours.
