- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
- 3-5 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- Place everything in to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with some sliced raw vegetables sticks or some toasted pitta.
