Healthy Hummus

​Ingredients:
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
  • 3-5 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
 
Method:
  1. Place everything in to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with some sliced raw vegetables sticks or some toasted pitta.

Healthy food is most important for our body and it make the best metabolize system. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits. It also good for control the weight and keep us young for a long time.
