Spicy Carrot Chips

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 large carrots

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine oil and spices.
  3. Chop carrots finely or use a potato peeler to create thin strips of carrot.
  4. Toss in the oil and spice mixture and fully coat.
  5. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for around 15 minutes or till crispy. Watch closely as the carrots can burn easily as they are so thin
