- 1 chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar
- 100g greek yogurt
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp cinamon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Chop the quest bar in half and roll each half in to a ball. Use your thumb to make a well in the centre and then mould in to a bowl like shape.
- Add the instant coffee to a cup, pour boiling water on top and whisk. Use a pastry brush to coat the quest bar moulds in the coffee.
- Place both bounds on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Greek Yogurt to a bowl and combine with 1 tsp of the coffee to flavour.
- When the moulds are baked, remove to the oven and fill with the coffee flavoured yogurt. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and save warm.
